Product Sizing

Our clothing is sized according to age. We suggest you order a size up to ensure room for growth. Please let us know if you need help with sizing. You can view detailed sizing information here.

Payment Methods

We use PayPal as our secure checkout payment method. As per PayPal's privacy policy your credit card information will not be viewed by Zoolu Organics.

Will I be charged sales tax?

All Canadian orders are subject to a 5% GST sales tax. No sales tax is applied to orders shipped outside of Canada. Please note that you may be liable to pay customs and duty charges.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship internationally. (shipping rates will vary)

All Canadian orders are shipped using Canada Post Expedited Parcel. All orders will be processed within 1 - 3 business days and should arrive within 5 - 7 business days. International shipping will take approximately 7-10 business days.

How much does shipping cost in North America?

There is a flat rate shipping charge of $3.95 for orders in Canada. If you order is over $50 shipping is free in Canada.

There is a flat rate shipping charge of $4.50 for orders in the US. If you order is over $50 shipping is free in the US.

What about international orders?

Orders shipped outside of North America will be charged the actual cost of shipping. You will see this amount at the time of checkout.

What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with the product you received from Zoolu Organics please contact us for a exchange/return. Exchanges/returns can be made within 14 days of purchase. Let us know as soon as possible so we can provide you with a return address. All returned shirts/onsies must be unworn and unwashed in original condition. The customer is responsible for return postage. Initial delivery charge is non-refundable. Each shirt is hand printed so each shirt may be alittle different.
